Over $4100 Raised for Make-A-Wish NENY
There’s Still Time To Donate to Catseye Cares for Kids
Catseye Pest Control would like to thank everyone who has donated to our Catseye Cares for Kids Campaign. We are thrilled with the wonderful support we have been given from our community and are hoping we can continue to receive such support as we aim for our $10,000 goal.
The average cost of a wish is $10,000 and we only have two months left. The cost of a wish ranges widely, depending on what the wish is, from $3,500 up to $25,000.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. The Northeastern New York chapter grants more than 90 wishes each year and has granted more than 1000 since 1986.
This is the third year that Catseye is partnering with Make-A-Wish Foundation. For each new Platinum or rodent service sold from November 15th, 2011 to February 28th, 2012, Catseye Pest Control will donate $15 to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northeast New York.
“Catseye has always had a strong commitment to family and community,” said John Gagne, President. “We started out small, making a personal connection with each customer and we’ve had continued growth because of it. Now is the time to give back to our community and help those who are less fortunate. Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northeast New York is the perfect partnership for us, and we hope to continue to grow and support local foundations and programs.”
Along with donating a portion of sales, Catseye is asking its customers to help by making a personal donation to reach their goal of $10,000, which is the average cost of one wish.
