Get Wildlife Exclusion Services for Your Business
Cat-Guard Exclusion Systems are a permanent wildlife barrier that protect warehouses, businesses, restaurants, and other structures from being taken over by mice, rodents, squirrels, raccoons, and other animals. Catseye Pest Control’s exclusion services are natural, chemical-free, long-term solutions that offer complete commercial seal-ups to prevent infestations.
Wildlife animals that have found a way into the business or other structure can lead to costly damages and potentially spread bacteria or disease. Trapping and removing unwanted animal intruders, while effective, is just the beginning of a true wildlife-control remedy, though. Business owners need to ensure the same problems don’t arise again.
We offer premier commercial exclusion services for businesses throughout the New England area, including Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. For a complete list, please view our service areas.

Cat-Guard Exclusion Systems for Businesses
Catseye offers three distinct wildlife exclusion products, each of which act as a shield from the lowest part of the business to the roof.
Interior Exclusion
Interior exclusion services eliminate points of entry used by nuisance wildlife and shields the interior of the business from unwanted pests like bats, birds, squirrels, raccoons, mice, and rats.
Exterior Exclusion
Exterior exclusion services target potential points of entry like pipe penetrations, roof vents, door sweeps, doors, and garages — guarding the exterior of the commercial building from unwanted intruders.
Bird Control
Using bird deterrents, our Bird Control service ensures areas like parking garages or rooftops are made impossible for birds to comfortably build a nest. Repairs can also be made to prevent birds from entering the facility.
Backed By Our Limited Lifetime Warranty
After the installation is completed, all Cat-Guard Exclusion Systems are protected for 12 months by our Cat-Guard Warranty. This warranty comes standard and includes annual visits to your business to make sure your Cat-Guard is performing properly.
In the event that the Cat-Guard becomes damaged, our technicians will arrive immediately and repair any portion of it that is damaged. Additionally, we will remove any wildlife that was able to enter your business because of the damage.
You also have the option to renew the Cat-Guard warranty each year so that the Cat-Guard system — and business — are protected from wildlife forever.
Financing Available
We believe our clients deserve customized solutions for their unique problems, which is why we do not offer generic pricing for our services.
The cost of professional pest control services is based on factors, which can include the type of pest or wildlife problem, the level of infestation, size of the structure, and number of follow up visits.
Offering financing options allows us to ensure the pest and nuisance wildlife problems can be resolved and leave you with peace of mind of a fully protected business.
What To Expect
Catseye has spent decades developing its signature Cat-Guard Exclusion Systems for full and partial wildlife exclusion. This all-natural approach to sealing businesses from rodents and other wildlife invaders helps protect both the staff and customers from wildlife invasions for many years.
This is our process:
Inspection
A detailed and thorough assessment of the entirety of a commercial business including attics, basements, parking garages, exteriors, and crawl spaces to identify nuisance wildlife problems and determine the best possible solutions.
Pre-walk
An experienced Cat-Guard foreman will perform a second inspection of your business to make material lists and detail out the work to be performed. This ensures job efficiency and quality.
Installation
The Cat-Guard Exclusion System is installed on the exterior of your business. When the crew has completed the installation, the crew leader signs off that the job is complete, and the Cat-Guard Warranty is active.
Quality Control Check
A Cat-Guard manager or foreman will return to the business to perform a quality control check to ensure nothing was missed and that the system meets our superior Cat-Guard standards.
Annual Re-inspection
We will conduct a complete interior and exterior inspection in ensure rodents or wildlife have not breached the system. Should problems arise, we will maintain and repair the seal.
