A Wildlife Barrier Protecting Your Attic and Roof from Animals
From the top of the first-floor windows to the peak of the roof, Upper Cat-Guard shields your home from pests such as bats, birds, squirrels, raccoons, and other nuisance wildlife that may find their way inside through the upper-part of the structure.
If rodents and other wildlife find their way into the attic and begin to multiply, it can become a serious issue for the structure — and your wallet. Give yourself peace of mind knowing that your family can sleep at night without the stench of a skunk or the scratching of squirrels.
Our systems are a natural, chemical-free option for homes and businesses. Protect your loved ones and your investment from the damage and disease brought by nuisance wildlife. Our Cat-Guard Exclusion Systems guarantee that your family will sleep soundly and that your home is safe.
How Upper Cat-Guard Works
Upper Cat-Guard is a wildlife exclusion barrier that shields your home from mice (yes, mice can climb), bats, birds, squirrels, and other nuisance wildlife that may find their way inside through the upper part of the structure.
Our team of Cat-Guard Exclusion technicians will replace and/or seal soffit and fascia with superior quality metal. The technicians will also seal ridge vents, gaps, or damaged areas that could act as an entry point to the first floor and the top of the home for pests and nuisance wildlife.
Every home is unique, which is why Catseye Pest Control customizes each Cat-Guard Exclusion System to fit the needs of your home.
Backed By Our Limited Lifetime Warranty
After the installation is completed, all Cat-Guard Exclusion Systems are protected for 12 months by our standard Cat-Guard Warranty. This warranty includes annual visits to make sure your Cat-Guard is performing as it should.
In the event that Cat-Guard becomes damaged, our technicians will repair any portion of it that is damaged. Additionally, we will remove any wildlife that was able to enter the structure because of the damage.
You also have the option to renew your Cat-Guard warranty each year so that your Cat-Guard — and your home — are protected forever.
What To Expect
Customized wildlife exclusion systems are ideal because each home is unique that requires superior attention to detail and quality materials. Cat-Guard is customized to fit the needs of each home and the infestation issue it faces. This is our process:
Inspection
A detailed and thorough assessment of the attic, basement, garage, exterior, and living space to identify pest problems and prescribe the best possible solutions.
Pre-walk
An experienced Cat-Guard foreman will perform a second inspection to make material lists and detail out the work to be performed. This enures job efficiency and quality.
Installation
The Cat-Guard Exclusion System is installed on the exterior. When the crew has completed the install, the crew leader signs off that the job is complete and the Cat-Guard Warranty is active.
Quality Control Check
A Cat-Guard manager or foreman will return to perform a quality control check to ensure nothing was missed and that the system meets our very high Cat-Guard standards.
Annuial Re-inspection
Complete interior and exterior inspection to make sure rodents or wildlife have not breached our system. Shuold problems arise, we will maintain and repair the seal.
