All Catseye clients have access to their own online account. The online account makes it easy to check the date of your upcoming service, view service notes from previous visits and make payments.
Accessing Your Account
You can log into your online account by going to the Catseye Homepage and clicking on the “Account Login” tab at the top of the page.
Using Your Account
The homepage of your dashboard gives you a snapshot of your account. Click “view” to see the details of each item.
You can access additional information about your services by using the drop down menus at the top of the page.
To pay a bill, select "Make a Payment" on the homepage of your dashboard.
If you would like to change your password go to the “Settings” tab and click on “Edit Profile.” Type in your new password and click the “save” button.
