Throughout their lives, termites look to expand their colonies. Working in pairs, swarmers break off their wings as the females begin to burrow and lay eggs. The wings left behind are a sure sign you have swarmers in your home.
Any area of the home that comes in contact with soil is especially vulnerable. Once a source of moisture is found, the swarmers begin to colonize.
Catseye’s treatment approach involves monitoring around the exterior of the house. Once activity is found, an active ingredient is placed into each bait station. Termites transmit the active ingredient to the colony, which is then soon eliminated.
