When did you join Catseye Pest Control? I joined Catseye in January 2011.
How did you get involved or interested in pest control? In 1993, a company I worked for doing lawn care changed its business model to pest control. I was resistant to the change at first, but soon realized that pest control was a good fit for me. I’ve been doing it ever since.
Where are you originally from? Springfield, Massachusetts.
What are you known for in the office? I’m known for my positive attitude.
What is your worst vacation mishap story? I went to the Cape for my wife’s birthday and she ended up sick and in the ER. We were sent back to the hotel only to be back in the ER with a high fever in the morning. We were then discharged and had to speed to Baystate Hospital (2 hours away) where she was admitted! I had to drive 100mph because she had an IV in her arm.
What is one of your bucket list items? I would like to go back to South Carolina and live there.
What is your favorite part about your job? I like solving problems. I like walking away from a customer knowing that they have peace of mind in the service I’ve provided.
What are you most likely to be doing on a Sunday afternoon? Enjoying a glass of wine and cooking a family dinner.
