We want to make sure you feel comfortable with the work being done in and around your house. Catseye’s Service Scan System allows you to see when and where our pest management technicians were in your home.
When our technician arrives for your service visit, they scan a barcode we place at the door of your home, marking the time they entered. Each piece of pest equipment and all locations in the house that are being serviced are also scanned. You can log into your online account and see what time our technician came and left your home, what areas were inspected and treated, and whether any pest activity was found.
