Pest Control Pit Stop Contest Winner

Over the past few weeks, we encouraged our fans to tell us their favorite summer memories and include a photo of their experiences. With their submissions, they entered to win a night out at the 2012 Season Finale at Lebanon Valley Speedway and meet Jay Corbin, driver of the No. 8 Catseye Pest Control car. We received a number of great entries full of fun stories and family events, and the decision was a tough one.

Ultimately, Laurie Whitman was named the winner! She and her family won four tickets to the races with her story:

My 8-year-old son Hunter is a huge fan of the Lebanon Valley Speedway. We go most Saturday nights in the summer so he can see his favorites, Jay Corbin and Andy Bachetti, race to the checkered flag. We also have been going to the World of Outlaws at the track for the past three summers. Racing is one of the only things that keeps my son’s attention. This summer, I was able to surprise him by taking him to the New Hampshire Motor Speedway to see a NASCAR race. He had no idea where we were going until we got there. He was so excited to experience a new kind of racing live and in-person. That was one of my favorite summer memories by far!
